Address & appointment
Delivery areas and rates are proposed launch terms: €15, €25, €30 or €45 per address. The full address, access and time window are checked before confirmation. A postal code alone does not guarantee delivery. Any exceptional fees must be disclosed and accepted before payment.
Absence & delivery evidence
If the recipient is absent, we seek a solution with the buyer. Flowers are not left outside without agreement; redelivery never causes an automatic charge. Handover photos are only taken on request or with consent, without faces or unnecessary personal details.
Report an issue
Contact us as soon as possible with your reference and helpful photographs. Review takes account of the issue, delivery conditions and your statutory rights. Defect and conformity rights are not removed by withdrawal exceptions for perishable goods or an arbitrary two-hour deadline. Final complaint handling and mediation details must be completed before launch.
